Cancellation policy. We have three tariffs available. Please make sure you full acknowledge and accept the conditions when reserving one or more than one room with us.
1) STANDARD RATE for short stays up to 3 nights - 10% PREPAYMENT (non-refundable)
- if cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no further fee will be charged
- if cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged;
- if cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
2) STANDARD LONG STAY – GROUP BOOKING - DEPOSIT REQUESTED . If customers book more than one room/ i.e. group and for more than 3 nights. We require 30% as non-refundable deposit on total costs.
- If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no further costs will be charged, whilst the non-refundable paid won't be returned;
- If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, a further 30% of total price of the reservation will be charged;
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
3) PREPAID TARIFF- NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel modify or in case of no-show, the full costs of the reservation will not be returned!
The room cost does not include the visitors tax. The actual visitor’s tax for our accommodating is to Euro 2 per person and per night, and up to 7 nights. No tax thereafter. Guests under 10 year do not pay the visitors tax. In case our town modify the visitors tax tariffs, you will be notified at the arrival.
